RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES ONLINE BY MAIL


Return the item(s) within 10 days from the date on your invoice. 

We love our garments – please show them the love!
 Respectfully return them:

✓ Clean and odour-free
✓ Without pet hair
✓ Flawless
✓ Unaltered
✓ Unwashed
✓ Unworn
✓ With all original tags attached
✓ In original packaging
✓ No surprises please

Only regular-priced items that meet the above criteria upon inspection are eligible for exchange/return for full refund, less the original shipping fee.

Sale items are Final Sale. No Refunds.

Scarves, jewelry, and undergarments are EXCLUDED from exchanges and returns (non-refundable).



The original shipping charges (including taxes) will be deducted for a full refund.



HOW TO PROCEED WITH YOUR RETURN


Contact us directly by email atfashionsales@sasktel.net include your sales receipt/invoice number and list the item(s) you would like to return. 
Then, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) # that MUST be written on the outside of your return package.


Include the original invoice with the shipment.


Package your return item(s) in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY and MUST INCLUDE A TRACKING NUMBER.

We recommend insuring the parcel as we will not be held responsible for damages that occur during shipping or goods lost in transit.

METHOD OF REFUND

On Regular Priced Goods
:

Once your goods have been received, inspected and eligible, your refund will be issued in the original method of payment less the original shipping costs. Once the refund has been processed, you will be notified by email.


Return Policy for In-store Purchases:

If the item was purchased online but returned in person to the brick and mortar store, 
the above return policies apply.


Return Policy for In-Store Purchases:

If item was purchased in-store, a full refund will be issued within seven days of purchase. Item must be returned in the same condition it left the store.
